Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the 12TesterHive platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

12TesterHive provides a service connecting developers with real testers to test Android applications. Paid campaigns provide 15 real testers for 14 consecutive days. We also operate free Community Exchange groups in which developers test each other's apps; those groups are self-managed by their members, and the platform provides activity tracking, reminders, and moderation tools.

3. User Responsibilities

• Providing true and accurate information during registration
• Not using the service for illegal purposes
• Adhering to Google Play policies
• Not attempting to manipulate the system or testers
• Using one account per person and per device, and not using emulators, rooted devices, VPNs, automation, or duplicate accounts to simulate activity
• In Community Exchange groups, keeping the other members' apps installed and completing the required daily testing for the full testing period

4. Payment and Pricing

The current price is 47 per campaign (15 testers × 14 days). Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Card payments are processed by Stripe, cryptocurrency payments by NOWPayments, and in-app purchases through Google Play Billing; manual transfers may be available on request. Earnings withdrawals are paid via PayPal or cryptocurrency.

5. Service Commitments

12TesterHive provides tester coordination services only and does not guarantee app approval, ranking, or publishing outcomes on Google Play. We commit to assigning the agreed number of real testers; if a tester becomes inactive, we replace them in line with our refund policy. Individual tester behavior and Google's decisions remain outside our control.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account in the event of a violation of these terms or inappropriate use of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

12TesterHive is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service. Our liability is limited to the value of the paid service.
